The LEARN Center 

Our Learn Centers in Phoenix provide students with flexible, self-paced computer-based instruction. Our certified adult educators use software specially selected for adult learners to guide instruction in reading, GED preparation and English language acquisition. We also have classes, workshops and trained volunteers available to support student learning.

Distance Learning 

This program expands our geographic reach by supporting students with online services. Last year, our DL program served 83 students, and 85% of these students achieved at least one educational gain.

Transition Program 

This program works together with our community partners to help high level students achieve their educational and career goals.

Workplace & Community Outreach Classes 

LVMC provided ESL and GED classes for the Alhambra School District and for the City of Phoenix Housing Program. Contracted classes allow LVMC teachers to reach targeted areas in the community upon request.
